I have an omega 3 recipe that calls for a 2 to 1 ratio of cottage cheese to flax seed oil. I have read that people usually eat 6 tablespoons of cottage cheese to 3 tablespoons of flax seed oil twice a day. Geeeez! That's a lot of cheese and oil! I can only manage to eat 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese to 1 tablespoon of oil in one day, and that's it. :)
